Corrections, story suggestions, and questions about our coverage all go to the same inbox. This site is an independent editorial guide to Miller's Ale House and comparable casual-dining and sports-bar chains, and reader input is how factual errors get caught. We read every message.
Where to start
A fact that is wrong
Name the page and the sentence or figure that is off. Corrections are the fastest thing we act on because there is something concrete to check.
A chain we missed
Tell us which of our lanes it belongs to — sports bar, casual-dining chain, game-day service or menu structure — and what makes it different from what we already cover.
A question about the guide
Ask about how a format works, what a menu section is doing, or how two chains line up on the pages we already published.
If you are reporting something on a comparison page, tell us which two chains you were reading about. That one detail saves a round trip.
The most useful messages are specific
If a menu item has changed, name the item and the location. If a comparison page misstates how a chain operates, point to the page and the sentence. Vague messages take longer to act on because there is nothing to verify.

What happens to your message
Corrections first, then everything else
This is an independent guide, not a restaurant. Reader mail is how menu changes, closed locations and reworked formats get noticed before they sit wrong on a page for months. Here is what we do with each kind of note.
Factual corrections
We check the source, then update the page. Where a fix changes what the page means, we note the update rather than editing silently.
Story suggestions
Pitches tied to the lanes we already run — sports bars, casual-dining chains, game-day service, menu structure — get read first.
Questions about a format
How a kitchen runs a late menu, what a wing count actually means, why two chains price a shareable differently — fair game.
Reservations, orders and hours
Not ours to answer. Those belong with the restaurant — use the contact details on the brand's own site.
We can answer questions about what is on a menu, how a format works, or how two chains compare on the pages we publish. We cannot speak for any restaurant brand, confirm hours at one location, or take a booking on their behalf.
Story suggestions tied to the lanes we already run
We take suggestions for new comparisons, menu explainers and format notes. The pitches that work best are tied to the categories we already cover: sports bars, casual-dining chains, game-day service and menu structure. If you are suggesting a chain, include what makes it distinct from the ones already on the site — a different kitchen model, a different game-day routine, a menu that groups food in an unusual way.
If your interest is Miller's Ale House specifically — millersalehouse menus, game-day timing, or how it stacks up against similar neighbourhood spots — say which page you were reading and what you wanted it to cover. That is usually enough for us to judge whether it fits an existing comparison or deserves its own piece.
We do not run sponsored placements or accept menu copy from brands. Suggestions are read as reader notes and weighed against the existing pages before anything is commissioned.
Before you send a pitch
- Which lane it belongs to, named plainly enough that we can file it.
- What it does differently from a chain we already cover.
- Whether it is a menu question, a service question, or a comparison.
- Any page on the site that made you think of it.
Reader questions
Asked before, answered here
Do you handle reservations or orders?
No. This is an editorial guide. Contact the restaurant directly for reservations, hours or orders — the brand's own site carries the details we cannot confirm for you.
How fast do you reply?
Messages are reviewed as they come in and most get a reply within a few business days. Volume varies, so it can take longer during busy periods. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will move it up when we can.
Can I request a correction?
Yes, and it is the most welcome kind of mail we get. Send the page name and the specific detail, and we will verify it against the source before changing anything.
Will you write about a chain you have not covered yet?
Sometimes. It depends on whether the chain fits a lane we already run and whether there is enough menu or service detail to write about usefully. A suggestion with a clear reason attached fares better than a name on its own.

If your question is about a page we already publish, the answer may be there. The menu guide walks through how a Miller's Ale House menu is built, the game-day guide covers screens, timing and table turnover, and the comparison page sets chains side by side on format, menu structure and service style.
